West Mobile Music opened August 1995 with the aim of bringing "World Class" acoustic guitars to the Gulf Coast. In addition we strive to offer the best in quality new, vintage, & used acoustics and electric guitars.

Payment Policies
We accept Paypal payments for online purchases. Visa, Mastercard, cash and check (with proper I.D.) are accepted for in-store purchases only. Layaways are welcome with a 20% nonrefundable deposit. Layaways are for a term of 30 days on items under $300, 60 days on items $300-$600 and 90 days on item $600 and higher.

Return Policies
West Mobile Music offers a 24 hour evaluation on all purchases (layaways excluded). All returns must have prior authorization by West Mobile Music. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All approved returns are issued an authorization number. This number must be clearly written on the box, to the left corner of the address. The customer is responsible for all freight & insurance costs.Upon inspection of the merchandise and upon the condition that the merchandise is returned in the same condition as sold, a refund will be given upon receipt of the returned merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Customer will pay all costs, including freight and insurance related to the return of goods.

Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Layaway merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours after the terms of the layaway are met.The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs and any costs associated with returned merchandise. The customer is liability for all insurance claims.

Our store hours are : Monday-Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, Friday & Saturday 10:00am-5:00 pm

Directions
We are located in western Mobile, at the Southeastern corner of Airport Blvd and Hillcrest Rd, just inside the city limits. From I-65, take exit #3, which is Airport Blvd, west approximately 5 miles. When you reach the intersection of Hillcrest Road, turn Left (South) on Hillcrest Road. We are located in the Sugar Mill Shopping Center, just a few hundred yards on the left.
